Directions to Baltimore Child Abuse Center

From Baltimore Inner Harbor:  Go East on Pratt St. and turn left on S. Calvert St.  Make a left on North Ave/US-1 S.  Turn right onto Charles St.  Our center will be on your left at the corner of 23rd& Charles Streets.  Entrance is on 23rd Street.

From Washington DC:  Take US-50 E/New York Ave. NW. Take the Baltimore/Washington Parkway exit towards Baltimore. Merge onto MD-295 N.  Continue on MD-295 N for about 30 miles.  As you enter downtown Baltimore the Parkway ends and turns into Russell St.  Continue on Russell St. until you reach the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. exit.  Continue on MLK Jr. Blvd. for about 2 miles and make a left onto N Howard St.  Go down about a mile and make a right onto 23rd Street.  Our center will be on your left at the corner of 23rd & Charles Streets.  Entrance is on 23rd Street.

From Annapolis:  Go West on US-50 to 97 North (towards Baltimore).  Continue on 97 N for 17 miles and merge onto I-695 W towards Baltimore/Towson.  Continue for 2 miles and merge onto MD-295 N via exit 7B towards Baltimore.  As you enter downtown Baltimore the Parkway ends and turns into Russell St.  Continue on Russell St. until you reach the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. exit.  Continue on MLK Jr. Blvd. for about 2 miles and make a left onto N Howard St.  Go down about a mile and make a right onto 23rd Street.  Our center will be on your left at the corner of 23rd & Charles Streets.  Entrance is on 23rd Street.

From the North via I-95:  Take I-95 S and continue onto I-895 S to take exit 14 toward US-40/Pulaski Hwy. Merge onto Moravia Rd. for about 2 miles, turn left at Bel Air Rd. and take a right at E North Ave. Turn right at N Charles St. Our center will be on your left at the corner of 23rd & Charles Streets. Entrance is on 23rd Street.

From the North via I-83:  Take I-83 S towards Baltimore.  Take exit 7 towards 28th Street towards Druid Park Lake Drive.  Keep left at the fork to continue towards West 28th Street and merge onto West 28th Street. Turn right at Maryland Avenue. Turn left at West 23rd Street. Our center will be on your left at the corner of 23rd & Charles Streets. Entrance is on 23rd Street.

Parking:  Metered parking is often available along Charles Street and free parking along Maryland Avenue.  We also have a limited number of free parking spaces available in our lot just one block east of our center.  Take 23rdstreet east to St. Paul Street.  Just past the traffic light at St. Paul St., make a left into the Hargrove Alley. Our parking lot is the 2ndlot on the left of the alley, just across the street from the Baltimore Lab School.  Alternatively, take 25th Street east and then go south on St. Paul Street, make a left into our lot.
