Job Title: Grants Coordinator
Position Summary: The Grants Coordinator is responsible for the technical support for Baltimore Child Abuse Center initiatives in all functional areas of grant administration including: prospect research; proposal development; data collection, analysis and reporting; development of materials for public outreach, staff training, and presentations as required. Provides technical support to Director of Grants Management in the identification of potential funders through research, as well as the coordination, production, and submission of grant applications to private/public funding sources. Provides information technology support for data collection, analysis, and reporting for all grants received. Establishes, maintains and revises departmental files and records. Works to support the Director of Grants Management to ensure efficient and effective operation of the office.Assist the Director of Grants Management with presentations to educate internal and external audiences about Baltimore Child Abuse Center’s grants program.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably with nonprofit and/or grant seeking/grant administering agencies. Experience 1-3 years.
